OKTOBER, a fast-growing Shopify retention agency, is seeking a hands-on Retention Copywriter & PM who will own 5-6 pod accounts under a Senior Retention Manager and also lead 1-2 of your own accounts.

You’ll own copy, coordinate project management, run retention strategy, and lead client calls with data-driven next steps. Fully remote, growth into Senior Retention Manager, access to tools and coaching, and direct exposure to founders of top e-commerce brands.
