Department of Justice and Community Safety VIC – Lara VIC is seeking a Team Leader, Rostering to lead a small rostering team and deliver accurate staff rosters and workforce records. This role supports daily operations by planning ahead, solving roster issues and guiding managers and staff.

You will monitor roster data and timesheets, maintain records, and provide technical advice on rostering and employment agreements while supporting continuous improvement.
