Senior People Business Partner (m/f/d) - International
As Senior People Business Partner, you translate business strategy into people priorities to enable leaders to build high-performing teams in a dynamic international setting. You partner with leaders to craft people strategies, coach managers, and drive organizational design, change, and workforce planning. You support engagement, inclusion, and compliance with Italian labor law, while turning HR data into action. - Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
- Coach managers on leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development and performance management
- Drive organizational design, change management and transformation initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning with business leaders
- Support employee engagement and foster an inclusive,
high-performance culture
- Advise on employee relations and Italian labor law ensuring compliance
- Use HR analytics and business insights to identify trends and recommend data-driven actions
- Act as trusted partner during periods of growth, change and organizational transformation
- Several years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner in an international and matrix organization
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices across the employee lifecycle
- Proven experience in leadership coaching, organizational development and change management
- Ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders through trust and business insight
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful business decisions
