Xapo Bank is building a new Head of Engineering role to scale engineering across three product tribes—Growth, Payments, and Assets Under Management. You will own the standards, the practice, the people, and the delivery, partnering with Architecture, Quality Engineering, Security, Frontend, and Platform teams.

This function head role reports to the CTO and defines the unified SDLC end-to-end, with accountability for regulator-ready audit trails and a high bar for delivery predictability.
