De'Longhi Group is seeking a hands-on Retail Media Expert to lead operational execution and optimization of our retail media across Europe. You will drive campaigns with partners like MediaMarkt, Currys, Otto, and Unieuro, bridging performance marketing with commercial sales to win the digital shelf and ROI.

You will manage budgets, monitor bids, and provide weekly/ monthly performance deep-dives to the Global Head of Paid Media. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
