Job Summary Office & Facility Assistant
Location: Sesto San Giovanni, Milano, LOM, IT – onsite, full‑time position offering opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office and facility operations, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day site functioning.
- Welcome visitors and manage reception activities.
- Coordinate facilities, suppliers and internal services to support teams and maintain a professional, positive environment.
- Collaborate closely with local stakeholders and handle administrative and logistical tasks.
- Help deliver an efficient workplace experience for colleagues, visitors and partners.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in a similar office or facilities role within a corporate environment.
- Intermediate level English and clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and comfort with systems and administrative processes.
- A proactive, communicative, well‑organised approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
Compensation &
Benefits Annual base salary range: 26,750 – 40,000 EUR.
