Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking an Engineering Leader - Product and Technology to drive engineering delivery for the SP&S; portfolio, translating roadmaps into safe, compliant, manufacturable designs across products and technologies.

You will lead the Product Engineering Leadership team, align scope, budgets, schedules and resources with portfolio priorities, and embed systems engineering, qualification processes, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle.
