Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in Naples to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code for training AI systems to think like developers. This is a hands-on, fully remote contract role that respects flexible schedules and asynchronous work.

As part of the role, you will write, debug, and optimize code across languages, review AI outputs for correctness and security, and provide structured feedback explaining decisions. Expected commitment: 10–40 hours per week.
