As an HSE Product Specialist at Hilti, you ensure products meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across the lifecycle. You act as a bridge among Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Global Business Units to embed compliance in launches, training, and customer support. You translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions and help foster a strong safety culture that supports growth. Your work combines risk assessment, documentation validation, and cross-functional collaboration to enable responsible innovation.

- Ensure products meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the lifecycle
- Coordinate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Global Business Units to integrate safety and environmental considerations
- Conduct risk assessments and validate technical documentation for compliance
- Develop and deliver training and communicate technical content to diverse audiences
- Support product launches and customer-facing activities with regulatory insights




- Analyze real-life product applications to translate regulations into business solutions
- Lead or participate in near-miss and incident analysis focused on products
- Influence stakeholders across functions and levels to uphold a safety culture
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE within industrial/technical/manufacturing/construction/product environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and product compliance requirements (Machinery Directive, EMC, RoHS, REACH, WEEE/RAEE)
- Experience conducting risk assessments and validating technical documentation
- Ability to analyze product applications and translate regulatory needs into practical solutions
- Experience delivering training and presenting to diverse audiences
- HSE Auditor or Trainer certification is a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-influence skills
- Collaborative mindset with experience in local and global environments
