Deliveroo in Milano is seeking a Site Team Leader/Capoturno on a fixed-term contract. You will lead a small team in the dark store, ensuring orders are picked on time, managing openings/closures, coordinating with riders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires fluent Italian and a willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week; English basics are a plus, and prior experience in similar environments is preferred as you drive operational excellence at our Hop site.
