The role:

We are looking for a creative, commercially driven and proactive Marketing Specialist EMEA to join our Food Manufacturing team.

In this role, you will work closely with EMEA Sales, R&D;,



Corporate Marketing and Communications to develop customer-centric solutions, strengthen our product portfolio and support the growth of IRCA’s Food Manufacturing business across international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketer who enjoys combining innovation, consumer insights, customer engagement and strategic marketing in a dynamic international environment.

What will you do:

- Support customer innovation meetings, capability sessions with EMEA and international food manufacturing clients
- Develop customer-specific marketing concepts and solution ideas, translating market trends and consumer insights into commercially relevant opportunities
- Monitor consumer trends, market insights and competitive activities, working with external agencies and internal stakeholders to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D; and the Corporate Chef
