#ELC Marketing MACThe Role We are looking for a motivated intern to join the MAC Marketing team,
supporting the Consumer Marketing Coordinator in the execution of integrated marketing and communication activities across B2C channels.
Key Performance Areas
- Support the Consumer Marketing Coordinator in the implementation of 360° communication campaigns, including advertising, social media, influencer marketing, seeding activities, CRM and events
- Contribute to the execution of consumer marketing initiatives across retailers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Paid Media, Social, CRM, Trade and others) to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign planning and execution
- Create, adapt and review communication materials for digital and offline channels, including CRM communications, newsletters, visual assets, copy localization and marketing materials
- Support brand.Com activities in collaboration with the EMEA Online team, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and reviewing translations
- Assist the team in preparing and reviewing key documents, presentations and post-campaign reports for internal meetings and retailer reviews
Requirements
- Degree (or final-year student) in Marketing or Communication
- Native Italian speaker with excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in Canva
- Strong passion for beauty and communication, with a creative and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, with strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn
