Logistics Intern

The Logistics Intern will join the Logistics team and, with the supervision of the tutor, will be involved in the activities related to foreign shipping management.

Responsibilities

- Support in the creation of the documents necessary for the shipments in Europe
- Support to book requests for European clients
- Monitor and archive of the received courier/shipment receipts
- Request and collection of certificates (e.g. Cites)
- Support in the creation of reports

Requirements

- Excellent use of Excel
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and goal orientation
