Leonardo, a global aerospace and defence group, seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager for its Cascina Costa site in VA, Italy. The role is hybrid and permanent, with a focus on driving cost deployment, exploiting improvement initiatives, and tracking plant performance.

The successful candidate will have a scientific degree, manufacturing or project-management experience, strong Lean knowledge, and English at B2 level. Willingness to travel is required.
