- Translate and manage communication with Korean-speaking clients and internal stakeholders.
- Actively engage with and grow the Korean contributor community.
- Fulfill client requests with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide structured feedback on product issues to support continuous platform improvement.
- Lead recruitment efforts to expand and strengthen the Korean contributor base.
- Conduct Korean language quality assurance to uphold content standards.
- Participate in meetings and calls, providing interpretation support as needed.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken Korean and English. Italian is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills: empathy, patience,



and clear communication.
- Tech-savvy mindset with analytical thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in music, music technology, or the music industry is a strong plus.
- Nice to have: Prior experience in community management, localization, or content operations.
- Familiarity with the music industry or streaming platforms.
- Experience with QA processes or translation tools.
