✅ What You’ll Do
Join Reply as a Junior Digital Service Manager and play a key role in ensuring our clients get the most out of our advanced Supply Chain solutions based on LEA Reply™, our proprietary digital platform.
- Partner with international clients to maximize the value of our Supply Chain platform, becoming a trusted advisor for service excellence.
- Drive incident coordination and service governance by leveraging Jira Service Management, data insights and structured problem-solving.
- Transform operational data into meaningful recommendations, identifying opportunities to improve service quality, customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Lead Service Review meetings with customers and partners, turning performance metrics into actionable improvement plans.
- Monitor service performance, SLA compliance and contract health while contributing to strategic service evolution and business growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across consulting, product development and operations to deliver innovative service solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities and AI-driven service evolution, helping redefine the way enterprise support is delivered.
- Work in a dynamic, ITIL-aligned environment that values ownership, structure, and innovation.
✅ What we are looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset and for interact confidently with both technical and business teams.
- Confidence in using data and KPIs to drive decisions and support negotiations.
- Excellent academic track record in STEM subjects or Management Engineering.
- Previous experiences in challenging contexts is a plus.
- ITIL certifications or strong familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Experience in Supply Chain or Industry 4.0 solutions is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence is a plus.

? What We Offer?
An offer tailored to your experience. Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from € 31.000 to € 42.000.
