Join the Talent Acquisition Team at Stellantis and play an active role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a wide range of corporate and technical functions.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern , you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in talent acquisition, employer branding, talent market trends, and HR processes within a dynamic and international environment.
You will be part of the Italian Talent Acquisition Team , responsible for permanent hiring, internships, apprenticeships,
and graduate recruitment across Stellantis locations in Italy.
This internship is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to start a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People & Culture within a multinational organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will:
- Support recruiters throughout the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and permanent positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Draft and publish job advertisements on internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Conduct CV screening activities and support candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
- Support sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, talent databases, and university partnerships.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives , career events, university partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
- Prepare recruitment reports and HR analytics , supporting the monitoring of key Talent Acquisition KPIs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
- Gain exposure to talent market trends , workforce planning activities, and strategic recruitment projects.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Master's Degree (completed or ongoing final year) in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, International Management, Human Resources Management, Marketing, Law or related business-oriented disciplines .
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite , particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and online collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or recruiting tools is a plus.
- Fluent Italian and English , both written and spoken, are mandatory. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Strong interest in Human Resources , Talent Acquisition, and people-related processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and international environments.
