In this role, you design and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365-based CRM solutions to support Sales, Marketing, and Service. You translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and drive process digitalization, system integration, and ongoing optimization of the digital ecosystem. You work with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and governance.

This position sits within a forward-looking group focused on sustainability, connectivity, and innovation in thermal comfort and energy solutions.

- Lead configuration, customization, and enhancement of Dynamics 365 across Sales, Marketing, and Service modules
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Adobe AEM
- Develop and maintain custom entities, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform components




- Support full application lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live
- Ensure solution quality and reliability through testing and continuous improvement
- Act as Dynamics 365 SME, promoting best practices and governance
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure delivery quality and standards
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (Sales, Marketing, Service)
- Experience digitizing and optimizing commercial/customer-facing processes
- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 customization (entities, forms, views, workflows, plugins, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Knowledge of integration patterns with SAP, Oracle, AWS, or Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with agile, product-oriented environments
- Fluent English;

willingness to travel up to 25%

- Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications are a plus
