Meliá Hotels International in Milan is seeking a strategist to lead the global sales strategy for the assigned segment across hotels. You will shape the planning, coordinate with Revenue Management, and drive key accounts to maximize revenue while ensuring alignment with other segments.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar role, a degree in Tourism or Hospitality, fluent Italian and advanced English, and experience with Opera Cloud PMS and Focus tools.
