Lépine is seeking a data analyst focused on HR data and compensation to join the Group HR team across European subsidiaries, with locations in Milan, Nürtingen, or Irun. You will develop data-driven insights, dashboards, and tools to support the Comp & Ben policy and benchmarking against external data sources.

You will ensure data quality, collaborate with Payroll/HRIS teams, and contribute to the design of future Group HRIS. Fluency in English is essential; German or Spanish is a plus.
