OTB Group, Milano, is seeking a Global Customer Insights Manager to lead CRM governance, data analytics and customer engagement programs across premium brands. You will drive segmentation, KPI reporting and predictive models to optimize acquisition, engagement and retention.

You will collaborate with Legal, Marketing, IT and Retail to deliver a unified customer view, ensure GDPR compliance, and implement loyalty initiatives in a fast-paced, luxury fashion environment.
