You're the heartbeat of our front desk and the go-to person for both guests and your team. In this role, you'll guide our Front Office Hosts, jump into the action when needed, and make every arrival feel like a warm welcome home. Lead daily front desk operations and guide the team during your shift Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts in the moment Welcome guests, handle requests, and turn small moments into great stays Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other teams to keep things smooth Manage bookings, room availability, payments,
and other admin tasks Spot chances to upsell rooms, local experiences, and TSH outlets Help onboard new team members and create a fun, supportive vibe You have 1-3 years of experience as a front office supervisor or a similar hospitality role You know the ins and outs of hospitality and are ready to take it to the next level. You're comfortable with modern hotel systems and curious to learn new tools You're fluent in English and Italian; more languages are a big plus The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
