Finance and Accounting Supervisor

In this role you will manage key financial processes to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, HR and Operations to ensure data integrity and timely month-end closing. You will handle VAT/tax compliance, AR/AP activities, and fixed assets while supporting internal and external audits.

and reconciliations ~ Review and process employee expense reports for policy compliance ~ Maintain asset register, track depreciation, and support audits ~ Provide documentation and explanations during audits ~ Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations to ensure data accuracy and process alignment ~ Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ~ Knowledge of Italian VAT and basic tax principles ~ Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel ~ Good command of English, written and spoken ~ Accounts Payable & Receivable ~ Fluent Italian and English language skills - written and verbal In this role you will manage key financial processes to support accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
