Novo Nordisk is seeking a Clinical Research Associate I for maternity cover in Italy. The role focuses on site management, protocol adherence and patient safety within global trials, offering exposure to cross‑functional teams and data‑driven quality improvements.

The ideal candidate has a Life Sciences background, 1 year CRA experience, and fluent Italian and English. Travel to Rome, Milan, Florence, Bologna or Naples may be required.
