Excellent opportunity for a talented corporate avvocato in Milan to make the move to this US/international law firm as partner. The firm has just undertaken a change of management globally and is committed to expansion in the Italian and European spheres with the Milan office a key cog in its substantial EMEA wheel. It now seeks to enhance its corporate M&A; offering by hiring a talented individual with clients in the industrial space.

Ideally your clients will be looking to expand their activities into other key European markets, all of which are covered by the firm with particular strength in Germany and the UK; the firm's ethos is cross-border cooperation. This is an established presence in the Italian market with a corporate team already in place. PEP globally of the firm is c.USD1.3million.

Your own book of business should be in excess of €1.2 million but you will agevolazioni from a collegiate and progressive platform.
