Location: Milan. Working hours: staggered shifts Monday to Sunday. Full training provided. No remote work.

What You’ll Do
- Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details,
and provide clear, professional advice.
- Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
- Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
- Collaborate globally – liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
About you
- Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date with new technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required
