For our Flagship store in Milan Montenapoleone, we are looking for an experienced MTO/Master Tailor based in the Milan boutique, who will also operate in an itinerant capacity across the retail network.
Provide customers with a high quality service by satisfying their needs and expectations when requesting garment customization and spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
-Provide an excellent service in garment customization proposals, respecting and satisfying customer requests
-Serve customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
-Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
-Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
-Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
-Establish a good group dynamics, through efficient communication
-Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
-Help ensuring the xkiyazw products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
-Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies
Key Requirements
-Deep passion for fashion and luxury
-Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
-Technical expertise in garment tailoring management
-Ability to drive and exceed individual and store result, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers attitude
-Ability to adapt to different customers
-Team-playing attitude
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to work in a dynamic environment
