HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the international team in the Milan office. The profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services. He/she is able to translate clients’ needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas.

Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions Creare innovative and multichannel creative concepts Design and manage communication campaigns Experiment with innovative and cutting‑edge creative solutions Design verbal and creative content Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience Manage frontline customer relations by translating customer needs into innovative and effective creative language Develop accurate,



well‑defined and persuasive verbal and written presentations Experience in art direction for photo and video productions Combination of strategic, design and creative skills Knowledge and expertise in digital communication and its application on different digital platforms Copywriting Expertise in the use of the Adobe suite Extensive knowledge of social media Fluency in English, both spoken and written Persuasive and collaborative skills with a creative multidisciplinary team Work in a creative environment Contacts with big brands HDG has a strong reputation in strategic design.
