Application Specialist – Overview Start a new professional adventure as an Application Specialist in the Information System & Digital industry in Milan or Turin . As a consultant at Amaris Consulting you will act as a technical and functional expert and as an ambassador to clients.Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships of trust with clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
- Implement, configure and maintain enterprise applications to support business processes and operational requirements.
- Customize application settings, workflows, security roles, and permissions to align with business needs and best practices.
- Support application upgrades, releases, patches and new feature deployments.
- Maintain application configuration documentation, system specifications and support procedures.
- Provide advanced technical support for business‑critical applications, including Level III post‑implementation support.
- Diagnose, investigate and resolve issues to minimise business disruption.
- Manage incidents, service requests and problem‑resolution activities in accordance with service level agreements.
- Monitor application performance, availability and system health to identify issues.
- Support data management, APIs or application testing as required.
- Attend the office once a week as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in application support, administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms) and system administration.
- English at C1 level and Italian at B2 level.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- Gross annual salary range: EUR 27 000 – EUR 50 000, determined based on objective and gender‑neutral criteria.
