AG Sports Agency LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated CONI-FIGC Agent to join our team. If you have a passion for soccer, an in-depth knowledge of the market, and a proven track record in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent and manage soccer players, providing strategic advice and negotiating contracts.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clubs, coaches, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and recruit new talent.
- Ensure clients comply with CONI-FIGC regulations and contracts are in conformity.
- Monitor player performance and progress, offering support and advice for future improvements.

Requirements:
- Valid CONI-FIGC agent license.
- Proven experience as a soccer agent with a strong portfolio of clients.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CONI-FIGC regulations and soccer market dynamics.




- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Residence in Italy.
