This position is ideal for an experienced engineering leader passionate about open source, software quality, and building exceptional teams. Accountabilities Lead and develop engineering teams focused on improving Linux user and developer experiences. Own technical roadmaps, execution plans, and delivery outcomes while aligning engineering work with broader product strategy. Guide architecture decisions, software development practices, code reviews, and engineering standards. Build and maintain high‐quality, performant software using technologies such as Rust, Go, Python, Flutter, or C/C++. Support engineers through coaching, mentoring, technical feedback, and career development. Collaborate with product teams, engineering leaders, and external stakeholders to define priorities and deliver impactful solutions. Drive planning, estimation, execution, and continuous improvement across engineering init
