Experteer Overview As Regional Operations Manager for Italy, you will lead and optimize property management across a portfolio of student housing communities. You'll translate asset strategies into actionable operations, drive financial performance, and uphold brand standards. Collaborating with asset management and local teams, you'll supervise budgeting, onboarding, and lease‐up efforts while fostering a high‐challenge/high‐support culture. This role offers impact by improving operations, guest experiences, and regional efficiencies aligned with the company's mission. Retribuzione / Benefits Implement and execute asset operation plans aligned with asset strategies Ensure properties meet operational, financial, and business goals through performance reviews and action plans Develop annual budgets for properties in collaboration with local managers and monitor performance against budget Provide leadership to Property Operations Managers through hiring, onboarding, training,
and performance management Foster a positive culture aligned with brand pillars and promote operational excellence across communities Support onboarding of new community management hires and assist with new openings, including on‐site planning and support Plan and organize on‐site lease‐up operations, including marketing/leasing office setup and staffing Promote regional cooperation across properties via cross‐selling, best practices sharing, staff exchanges, and vendor sourcing Place customer experience at the center of decision‐making and pursue continuous improvement through feedback Responsabilità Experience managing multi‐site operations, preferably in real estate, hospitality, PBSA or related sectors Strong financial capability and commercial awareness Solid change management skills and ability to implement change when required #J-18808-Ljbffr
