Bitpanda is seeking a Localized Customer Care Associate for a specific market, delivering high‐quality phone-based support and occasionally handling tickets and live chat. You will work closely with your manager to meet targets, while gathering user feedback to drive product improvements and better customer experiences.
You should bring proven customer care experience, fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (B2), and be flexible for evening/weekend shifts.
