Deeply understand customers and partners: engage buyers, channel partners, and admins through interviews, discovery calls, analytics, and surveys; Lead market & competitive analysis: size markets, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify differentiators and pricing/packaging opportunities
support launches and field training
Run beta/pilot programs: define entry/exit criteria, instrument feedback loops, validate product‐market fit, and convert early users
Enable field teams: review product data and keep Sales, Solution Engineers, and Partner Success current on releases and competitor moves
iterate based on data.
3‐5+ years in product management for enterprise or infrastructure software (storage, data management/protection, DR,
systems monitoring, or adjacent domains).
Strong understanding of backup and data protection technologies and customer needs in this space
Experience with market analysis and business cases (pricing, TCO, ROI)
Experience in AI technologies and understanding of how AI/ML can enhance automation, anomaly detection, and decision‐making in data protection and IT operations
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem‐solving skills; comfortable presenting from execs to customers
