IT Project Manager (all genders) Based in Milano, tempo pieno permanent position Your Tasks End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision‐making processes Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project‐related challenges Selecting, onboarding, managing, and developing implementation partners Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Your Profile Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems,
