Italy to design and engineering of plastic enclosures for electronic products in the commercial refrigeration and HVAC sector, within a multinational environment with ongoing collaboration with teams across Europe, the United States, and Asia.Salary: 26-36k## Key responsibilities of the role:* Design and development of plastic enclosures via injection moulding* 3D CAD modelling and creation/maintenance of 2D technical drawings* DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) optimisation* Technical interface with suppliers (mould makers, plastic moulders, screen printing and pad printing suppliers)* Evaluation of technical solutions and mould proposals* Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Hardware, Technical Documentation, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality)* Support for product validation through mechanical testing and reporting in English* Contribution to continuous improvement and innovation initiativesRequired qualifications and expe
