Our team is made up of over 500 professionals, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, all driven by the shared purpose of delivering the best engineering services for a better and more sustainable world.Job Description The candidate will have the following responsibilities:Coordination and execution of Process Safety activities aimed at prevention and control of incidents that have the potential to release hazardous materials or energy, in FEED or Detailed Engineering project:Fire & Explosion AnalysisGas Dispersion EvaluationFlare Radiation StudiesQuantitative Risk Analysis (QRA)Pipeline Risk AssessmentDesign of Fire-Fighting Systems & Mitigation MeasuresF&G; System CriteriaF&G; MappingFire Proofing DesignActive Fire Fighting systems (water, gas, etc.)Hazardous Area ClassificationOffshore technical safety studies (Marin traffic interaction, Dropped object analysis, …)Coordination and execution of risk identification (or hazard identification) and operability activities in Basic/FEED as well as Detailed Engineering project:Hazard Identification Analysis (HAZID)Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP)Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment and verification (IEC 61508 / 61511)Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA)Emergency Systems Survivability Analyses (ESSA), Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Analyses (EERA)Reliability, Availability,
Maintainability (RAMS)Risk Based Inspection (RBI)Failure analysis (FMEA-FMECA-FMEDA)Coordination and execution of Environmental activities in FEED or Detailed Engineering project:Noise StudiesAtmospheric dispersionReview and approve EPC Contractor's work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices;Participate in Layout, P&l; D, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3 D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc…;Provide Process safety Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models;Review any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Process safety.Profile The candidate must have the following requirements:Degree in Engineering, preferably related to the Chemical or Safety fieldExperience in the role of at least 5 years in the Oil&Gas; sectorExperience in the use of the following softwares (preferably): PHAST/SAFETY, Pipenet, Flaresim, RAMP, ex SILentia, PHAPro or PHAWorks, Soundplan, CalpuffFluent in Italian and in English (mandatory)Ability to work in a teamProactivity and flexibilityWilling to business travelWorkplace RomaWhat we offer Corporate welfare, buoni pasto, flexible working hoursThe employment level and compensation package will be defined according to the candidate’s actual seniority.Applications are open to all genders (Law 903/77), ages, and nationalities (Legislative Decree 215–216/2003).
