ResponsibilitiesPerform gap analysis on preventive maintenance plans, OEM manuals, legal requirements, and local constraintsSupport the definition and implementation of global standardized maintenance strategiesAnalyze and standardize maintenance activities across 6 countriesCollaborate with local technical teams and service providersSupport the roll out and adoption of a new maintenance management digital toolProvide technical guidance for new sites (e.g. Germany)Produce structured reporting on compliance levelsWork mode 2/3 days onsite near Rho, Milan.QualificationsSolid experience in Maintenance Engineering, Facility Engineering or Industrial MaintenanceStrong knowledge of preventive maintenance plans and OEM documentationExperience in maintenance standardization and gap analysisHands‑on, pragmatic approach (willing to get hands dirty)Ability to manage both technical details and global perspectiveInternational/multicountry experienceFluent EnglishNice to haveExperience with AMS / CMMS / Asset Management toolsBackground in Digital Transformation projectsKnowledge of maintenance compliance and regulationsExperience in facility/building maintenance
