Experteer OverviewIn this role, you will design air cooler heat exchangers from thermal and mechanical perspectives, aligning with project requirements and international codes. You will explore state‑of‑the‑art components, drive thermal performance improvements and emission reductions, and validate designs through testing and analysis. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturability, documentation, and project success, while pushing for innovative solutions and cost and carbon footprint reductions. This is a hands‑on role with influence on product development and design standards. ResponsibilitiesAssess state of the art and identify improvement areas for the product Design components from thermal and mechanical viewpoints using international software and prepare requisition documentation per project specs and codes Understand project requirements for duty, footprint,



plant interface and manufacturability Manage workload to ensure timely and quality deliverables Develop products with new solutions and technologies to boost performance and reduce emissions Design test benches and procedures to validate assumptions and new technologies Collect, analyze and present test results to management Implement test results in the design tool and update design standards QualificationsKnowledge of HTRI or equivalent thermal design software FEM tools experience (e.g., Ansys, Fluent) Knowledge of acoustic concepts (sound power levels, sound pressure levels, propagation, reflection) Materials knowledge related to noise absorption Strong 3 D CAD skills (NX or equivalent) and ability to interface with calculation software Cross‑functional teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent requests Fluency in Italian and English Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies Private medical care options Life insurance Disability programs Tailored financial programs Flexible hours and location
