As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor industrial building projectsas aGeneral Contractor , we are seeking anHVAC Construction EngineerinMilan.You willcoordinate and manage our construction projects , forHVAC & Mechanicaldiscipline, from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.More specifically, your main responsibilities will include for theHVAC & Mechanical package :Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations, monitoring technical progress, budget, and scheduling,Supervising subcontractors,Ensuring regulatory follow-up (change orders, technical approvals, compliance with standards,
organizing handovers),Participate to site meetings and serving as the liaison with partners,Ensuring compliance with HSE rules.Profile With aMechanical Engineeringdegree (or equivalent), you have at least8 years of experience as HVAC construction engineer on industrial building projects.Recognized for yourleadershipand strong interpersonal skills, you combinediplomacy, rigor , and aservice-oriented mindsetand have developedproficiency in Italian and English.Mainly based on site, close to the construction activities, you areopen to frequent travel across Italy.Cap Ingelec is committed to inclusion, gender equality, and the employment of people with disabilities.
