OverviewExperteer Overview In this role you will shape the strategy for Digital Asset services within Global Transaction Banking, focusing on custody, tokenization, and DLT-based market infrastructures. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions for clients and stakeholders. The position offers involvement in regulatory analysis and industry collaboration to evolve market practices. You will drive meaningful impact by aligning product strategy with the bank’s mission to support digital asset ecosystems at scale. BenefitsRetribuzione / Benefits Define and drive strategy for Digital Asset Custody services to ensure scalability and sustainability Lead development of tokenization and Registrar services for issuing financial instruments on DLT platforms Manage product lifecycle activities including value proposition, business cases, operating model and requirements Coordinate complex projects with IT validation, risk monitoring, budget management,



and outsourcing Support client-facing teams in business development and onboarding for Digital Asset services Participate in industry groups to influence market practices and standards Analyze regulatory developments (Mi CAR, DLT Pilot Regime, CSDR, Fintech) and assess impact on products and processes Responsibilities5+ years in product and project management Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto-assets, digital asset ecosystems Knowledge of financial instruments lifecycle and DLT-based issuance and post-trade PM methodologies for complex cross-functional initiatives Experience with Digital Asset Custody, tokenization, and financial market infrastructures Regulatory understanding (Mi CAR, CSDR, DLT Pilot Regime) Ability to operate in regulated environments with Compliance and Risk functions English proficiency C1+ Requisiti fondamentaligross annual salary starting from 65,000 performance-related variable component flexible working and 4-day workweek healthcare coverage retirement plan corporate training programs
