This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting‑edge technology with hands‑on application engineering and strategic customer partnerships.As aJunior Pre‑Sales Engineer , you will be a sales and technical partner for our customers and a key contributor to the development and promotion of Bosch Rexroth Mobile solutions.ResponsibilitiesDrive innovationby promoting our full Mobile portfolio — from hydraulic components to electronics and software, electric motors, inverters, and Io T services.Build strong partnershipswith the local Application team and our Headquarters in Germany, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous growth.Own projects end‑to‑end , from defining technical specifications together with customers to supporting implementation onsite when needed.Understand and anticipate market trends , guiding customers toward the most effective and forward‑looking solutions.Grow internationally , gaining specialized expertise in Mobile applications through structured training programs in Italy and Germany.Seal the deal ,
you will manage the negotiation and define agreements with our partners.QualificationsEducation:MSc in Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Aerospace EngineeringLanguages:Fluent in Italian and EnglishExperience:~1 year of relevant experience or internship in a technical/application environment (preferred)Work style:Analytical mindset, results‑driven approach, strong collaboration skills, business acumen, and pragmatismMindset:Curiosity for industrial and technological topics, continuous learning attitude, and willingness to travel in Italy and abroadWhy Join Us?
