Siamo alla ricerca di un Technical Support Equipment Specialist che entrerà nel team Technical Equipment, riportando direttamentge al technical Equipment Manager.We are looking for a Technical Support Equipment Specialist to join the Technical Equipment team, reporting directly to the Technical Equipment Manager.Supporto tecnico telefonico e online (ticketing) ad officine affiliate alla rete Checkstar e fuori rete;
Analisi e gestione delle richieste tecniche automotive, con utilizzo di database professionali (schemi elettrici, procedure, documentazione tecnica);
Supporto all’attivazione, utilizzo e troubleshooting di apparecchiature diagnostiche e attrezzature officina;
Contributo all’alimentazione dei contenuti tecnici
