EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Business Unit in Comun Attuale (BG), Italy.
EFI is the world leader in digital imaging and print management solutions for commercial and enterprise printing. Provide end-to-end technical support locally and abroad
On-site technical support
Technical phone support
Tradeshow support, including printer setup and calibration, demonstration, and teardown
End-user training
Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers
Two or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices
Availability for extensive travel at short notice
Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink
Knowledge of RIP software and color management
Knowledge of color theory and materials/ chemicals
Knowledge of textile digital machine processes
Fluent in Italian and English
Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (includes effective management of EFI assets i.e., Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems
