The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic field sales team.
Representing Tatcha, the modern Japanese luxury skincare brand inspired by timeless beauty rituals, alongside K18, the pioneering biotech haircare brand transforming hair repair through cutting-edge science, you'll inspire customers with expert product knowledge and exceptional service.
This role is based across our Sephora stores in Rome.
What You'll Do-
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised consultations and expert product recommendations.
- Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with retail teams and store managers.
- Educate and coach store teams, building their confidence in our brands and products.
- Support product launches, in-store events, and brand activations.
- Maintain high standards of brand presentation and execution across your territory.
- Share feedback and insights to help enhance the customer experience and drive business performance.
Who You Are-
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to support wherever the business needs you most.
- Flexible and willing to travel across your territory and work weekends, including three Saturdays per month.
Qualifications-
- Previous experience in the beauty industry and a retail environment.
- Experience working with Sephora would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.

In rappresentanza di Tatcha, il prestigioso brand giapponese di skincare di lusso ispirato agli antichi rituali di bellezza, e di K18, l'innovativo marchio di haircare biotech che sta rivoluzionando la riparazione dei capelli grazie a una tecnologia all'avanguardia, avrai il compito di ispirare i clienti attraverso una consulenza esperta sui prodotti e un servizio d'eccellenza.
La posizione è operativa presso i nostri punti vendita Sephora di Roma.
Cosa farai
- Offrirai un'esperienza cliente eccellente attraverso consulenze personalizzate e raccomandazioni di prodotto basate sulle esigenze individuali.
- Raggiungerai gli obiettivi di vendita e i KPI assegnati.
- Costruirai relazioni di fiducia con i team di vendita e i responsabili dei punti vendita.
- Formerai e affiancherai i team dei negozi, rafforzando la loro conoscenza e sicurezza nella presentazione dei nostri brand e prodotti.
- Supporterai il lancio di nuovi prodotti, gli eventi in-store e le attivazioni del marchio.
- Garantirai elevati standard di presentazione del brand e di esecuzione delle attività all'interno del tuo territorio di competenza.
- Condividerai feedback e informazioni utili per migliorare l'esperienza del cliente e contribuire alla crescita delle performance aziendali.

Requisiti-
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore beauty e nel retail.
- Costituisce un plus aver maturato esperienza lavorando con Sephora.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Una conoscenza di base della lingua inglese rappresenta un vantaggio.
