ph3About the Opportunity: /h3 pWe're looking for an experienced bSAP Service Delivery Centre of Excellence Manager /b to lead the governance, service delivery, and continuous evolution of a global SAP landscape for a leading multinational organisation. /p pYou'll sit at the centre of SAP strategy, operational governance, and Application Management Services (AMS), ensuring SAP projects transition successfully into long-term operational support while driving consistency, service excellence, and continuous improvement across a complex international SAP environment. /p pThe SAP Service Delivery Centre of Excellence Manager is responsible for governing SAP services, projects, and support operations across a complex multinational SAP landscape. /p pThe role sits between bProject Delivery, Application Management Services (AMS), and Service Governance /b, ensuring alignment between business, IT, and external partners while driving operational excellence across the SAP estate. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSAP Centre of Excellence Leadership /li liLead and develop the SAP Centre of Excellence, driving governance, standardisation, and best practices across the global SAP landscape.
