Context and Purpose of the job
Within the PR Department, you will join the Lifestyle PR team which focuses on various facets of Armani Group such as Armani/Casa, Armani/Hotels and F&B.;
You will be involved in different aspects of communication and brand image maintenance, having the chance to be part of the team that coordinates the global lifestyle communication.
Responsibilities
- Support the coordination of press offices and communication contacts at a global level
- Assist in the planning, drafting, and distribution of press releases
- Support the management of relationships with Italian design press, international media, journalists, and freelancers
- Collaborate in maintaining relationships with press and bloggers, updating lifestyle mailing lists, and organizing meetings to explore collaborations and opportunities
- Support the coordination of sample shipments to press contacts and food & lifestyle bloggers
- Monitor editorial outputs and prepare related reports
- Support budget management and SAP order/invoice entry
- Assist in analyzing market scenarios to suggest brand promotion actions and brand awareness in line with business strategies
Requirements
- Master's degree (preferably in Communications or related fields)
- Fluency in both Italian and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, positive and flexible attitude, attention to detail
