WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The candidate will be placed in the Continuous Improvement team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico, supporting the function with focus on the following processes:
- Analysis of plant efficiency
- Collection and analysis of KPIs
- Improvement of item distribution logic
- Setup optimization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Interest in emerging sustainability trends and a basic knowledge of environmental sciences are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Public speaking skills
- Master's degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
