Our technology starts with you.nnYOUR ROLE nnYou take part in creating the future of semiconductor industry in a brand new 300mm fully automatized fab. You will be the talent who will enable the following activities:nn * Drive all actions to improve the performance about quality and reliability of the technologies diffused in the 300mm fab located in Agrate. This, according to customer requirements, programs and business roadmapn * Provide feedbacks and drive directions in order to increase the manufacturing efficiencyn * Support all the projects related yield enhancement, cost reduction programs allowing the company to be competitive in the semiconductor marketn * Share know-how and expertise of the group, promoting best practices among different organizations and sites,
