Senior IT
Project Manager
We are looking for the following profile for a Senior IT project Manager in Milan. The candidate should be based in
Milan, office presence is required for 3/4 days per week.

Duration: Asap – till 06/2028

to be evaluated based on seniority level and competences.
Key
Responsibilities
· Take ownership of a long -term international Healthcare IT transformation
initiative with an expected
continuous commitment of two
years.
· Ensure regular onsite presence in Benghazi for one to two weeks per
month, acting as a key operational
reference on the ground and coordinating local project activities.
· Coordinate project
execution between Libya and Italy, ensuring continuity of delivery between
onsite activities in Benghazi and project management tasks based in Milan.
· Lead and supervise complex digital
transformation programs in the Healthcare domain, ensuring delivery against
objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
· Act as the operational link between internal IT teams, international
vendors, local stakeholders, business representatives, and senior technology
leadership.
· Define project
governance, delivery plans, milestones, priorities, and resource
requirements across a multi -country
and multi -stakeholder environment.
· Coordinate multidisciplinary
teams, including system integrators, software and hardware vendors, specialist
consultants, and client stakeholders.
· Supervise implementation and migration activities related to enterprise applications, datacenter
infrastructure, networks,
cybersecurity, and healthcare platforms.
· Manage executive -level communication and reporting toward healthcare leadership, clinical representatives, and IT
management.
· Drive risk
identification, issue resolution, and mitigation actions, with particular
attention to international delivery complexity and multi -vendor
coordination.
· Support change
management, training, and knowledge transfer activities to facilitate the adoption
of new technologies and processes by local teams and end users.
Required
Skills
· Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Management
Engineering, or equivalent.
· Solid experience in managing large and complex IT projects, preferably in
Healthcare or enterprise environments.
· Strong knowledge of traditional and Agile project management
methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
· Experience in managing international and multi -stakeholder projects.
· Knowledge of change
management methodologies aimed
at supporting the adoption of new technologies and processes.
· Experience in ERP
projects (SAP or equivalent),
with focus on Finance, Supply
Chain, HR, and Procurement processes.
· Strong knowledge of core enterprise
IT infrastructure, including
datacenter, virtualization, networking,
cybersecurity, business continuity, and
disaster recovery.
· Ability to manage vendors, system integrators, and international
technology partners.
· Strong planning, problem -solving, and delivery -oriented mindset.
· Availability for international travel between Italy and Libya.

healthcare transformation initiatives.
· Experience in international contexts or emerging countries.
· Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management
processes.
· Experience in application convergence and healthcare
interoperability projects (HL7, FHIR, DICOM).
· Knowledge of Arabic.
